Remove dependency from `SettingsCassandra` to `Schema` (#550)

The idea is to reuse `SettingsCassandra` in other upcoming modules, i.e.
rename `Schema` to `JournalSchema` and then add `SnapshotSchema` for
a new snapshotter implementation.
