feat+perf+chore: work-in-progress
- implement an interceptor prototype to fold string literal conversions at compile time
- restructure the solution to accommodate analyzers/SGs project
- bring back NoInlining attributes on interpolation ctor because it is not profitable to inline it - creates codegen bloat
- introduce a class with construction methods to imports with global using static for shorthand u8("test") syntax which is also compatible with interceptors - I'm not a big fan of the idea but it seems to be working for now, ideally interceptors need to be scrapped in favour of proper IL weaving and optimize even complex-ish forms of construction, the extensions *seem* nice though
- add directory build props
