sophia: expire rework

Move timestamp field out of metadata.
Reduce storage size by 32bit per record.

Introduce automatic 'timestamp' and 'expire' scheme
field modifiers.

Make timestamp accessible as a document field.
Timestamp can be a part of an index key.

Make it possible to update timestamp by upsert callback or
set custom document timestamp on insert.
