Fixed ansible-lint issues, part 2

Details:

* Clarified that Ansible versions below 7 (ansible-core 2.14) are not
  officially supported, but only supported on a best-can-do basis.
  (issue #784)

* As part of that change, the Ansible sanity checks are reduced to run only on
  officially supported Ansible versions, and the corresponding ignore files
  have been removed. (issue #784)

* Increased the requires_ansible value in runtime.yml to ">=2.14.0"
  to match the officially supported versions.
