Update package.json to maintain CommonJS support while adding ESM support. This allows the internal files to use ESM properly with node (using the type: "module" in package.json) while still providing a built package that exposes a CommonJS export by default.

A copy of the .min.cjs file named with a .min.js is maintained for backward compatibility via unpkg, even though it should really be an ESM module since package.json was updated to have type: "module".
