Fixed error in end2end test for zhmc_cpc_list module

Details:

* Fixed end2end test for zhmc_cpc_list module that failed when the HMC had
  unmanaged CPCs. The number of CPCs check needed to be fixed.

* Fixed end2end test for zhmc_cpc_list module that failed when the HMC
  returned volatile values for the last-update field within the
  'ec-mcl-description' property on HMCs with HMC version 2.14.
  Was fixed by considering the 'ec-mcl-description' property to be volatile.
