IGVF-1079 Display construct libraries on FileSet and Sample summary pages (#367)

* adding construct library sets to multiplexed samples, prediction sets, and measurement sets
* reordering some imports
* Make construct library sets display properly. Waiting for feedback on this display, and feedback on whether we can rely on IGVF-1344 or we have to load all the samples just to find out whether they have construct library sets or not.
* Update MeasurementSet and PredictionSet pages for the new embedding of samples.construct_library_sets. Update MultiplexedSample pages to have the same display of construct_library_sets as the former two page types.
* Remove stray console.log.
* Correct a comment, and add a comment.
* Added construct library displays to all sample-derived objects.
* Not sure if this was a recent change or my oversight, but prediction sets don’t necessarily have a `samples` property.
* Reverse accession and summaries in construct library displays; from Idan’s feedback.
