perf+fix+docs: optimization and fixes pass
- switch from CoreLib MemoryExtensions.Count to custom impl. to improve codegen size through better argument order, improve performance on ARM64 and improve throughput on CPUs that support AVX512 or have 2+ SIMD units
- add guard to FullCStr marshaller in case it is manually called with incorrect buffer size
- fix .Remove including null-terminator in the length
- add nuget badge to README
