Puzzle Strategy Data (#82)

Added puzzle strategy data to puzzle data API to facilitate upcoming analytic work in Clearinghouse. Specifically, added the per game and per move strategy fields to the getPuzzleData endpoint. Also added givensCount to getPuzzleData.
