feat: mega commit - apologize to future self

Added COPY, MOVE, and PLOT blocks.  Fully implemented LIST_OUTPUT and creation of instruction files.  Now use "fortranformat" package for LIST_OUTPUT.  Moved "run" function into Tables class so the LIST_OUTPUT and WRITE_PEST_FILES could be used together.  Added two pytest tests and started organizing for more.
