add infretisanalyze that works with Titus0 wham scripts
added automatic backup feature of infretis_data.txt, need some unittests for this i guess. Solving Check whether restart or start. #9
make delete old buffer, solving make delete_old -> delete_old_old, #63
Not sure if we should keep this wham script long term, or move it to new module. For now it is small and i guess it can be kept here.
