Modify _show_message_box method in qtgui to control display

The _show_message_box function in qtgui has been modified to control whether or not message boxes are shown, based on the new environment variable DCSPY_NO_MSG_BOXES. This function is now used consistently to show all message boxes throughout the code. These changes enhance flexibility and consistency in the way message boxes are handled.
