feat(frontend.creation): auto-update a podcast after creation

When a podcast was created by "Add -> Save", the user needed to click the refresh element to retrieve the items of the podcast from the source. Right now, with this modification, if the podcast is updatable and his lastUpdate is null or undefined, the update is triggerd from the $onInit hook in the Podcast detail
