**Refactored Logging Module for Simplified File Path Handling**

**Refactored:**
- Streamlined `CreateLogFile` and `InitLogging` functions: Now accept a single `logPath` parameter instead of separate directory and file name, enhancing clarity and reducing complexity.
- Updated `TestCreateLogFile`, `TestConfigureLogger`, `TestGlobalLogger`, and `TestLoggerOutput` tests to align with the refactored functions, ensuring consistency and correctness in testing.

**Improved:**
- Enhanced test coverage: Revised tests now thoroughly check the functionality of logging modules with the updated parameter handling, ensuring robustness.

**Fixed:**
- Minor adjustments and clean-up in the logging module to match the new function signatures and logic, contributing to overall codebase maintainability and readability.
