Multiple changes to ArrayList...

- Removes unused and improperly implemented functions.
- Refactors operator+= functions to being non-member functions.
- Reorders push_back and add to end of class definition to help Doxygen
  avoid parsing issues it seemed to have due to these that was causing
  issues with subsequent member functions.
- Adds unit more testing.
