POST API (#459)

* added POST api to formats

NOTE - not added @api.header() documentation for auth because it only added to confusion to the user using the swagger UI. On swagger UI, current session is automatically taken as auth.

* fixed bugs in required_auth decorator

* created POST api in all models except session

* created post api in sessions :phew:

* added missing format in session api model

* added format in session POST API

* changed speakers model list to speaker ids list in Sessions POST API

* added tests for POST API

* fixed failing tests

* added POST API to create event
