Update docstrings in classes/* (#68)

* Updated of docstrings in classes/ to google style.

Other changes:
* In system.py: Removed set_vel from the System class.
* In path.py:
   - Removed sorting from the Path class (it was not used anywhere).
   - Removed load_trajtxt from the Path class (it was not used anywhere).
    - Removed load_ordertxt from the Path class (it was not use anywhere).
In cp2k.py: Removed parameter seed from the __init__ method of the CP2KEngine class since it is not used.
