* Updated GitHub workflows and renovate configuration, removed asdf settings.

**Changed:**

- Updated GitHub labeler configuration to include `changed-files` structure,
  improving automation accuracy for file changes across different areas.
- Enhanced Renovate Bot configuration with custom manager for shell scripts,
  improved auto-merge settings for GitHub Actions, and added package rules
  to refine dependency updates.
- Modified the GitHub workflows to utilize a new token generation step,
  supporting enhanced security and automation capabilities.
- Adjusted `.hooks/generate-docs.sh` script for updated repository structure.

**Removed:**

- Deleted the `.asdf` and `.tool-versions` files, moving away from asdf
  version management in favor of more standardized environment setups.
- Updated `README.md` to remove references to asdf setup, aligning with
  new dependency management approach.

**Note:**

- These changes streamline CI/CD processes and align dependency management
  with current project standards.

* Implemented custom Prettier hook and updated GitHub Actions workflow.

**Added:**

- Created a new custom pre-commit hook script `prettier.sh` to format JSON, YAML,
  and YML files using Prettier.

- Removed the Prettier mirror repository hook from `.pre-commit-config.yaml`,
