* 495 Add graph and table

* Validate types referenced with various type aliases are the right shape
* Add Graph and Table as new type expressions
* Include the set type as a type expression
* Add a new "FoccsOnGroup" kind of interaction to set application focus
* Refactor test cases to eliminate redundancy
* Eliminate implicit defs in symtab and the issues that was causing
* Validate Decimal type expression
