feat+perf: work in progress
- Introduce U8Slices type optimized for 2x reduced allocation size vs U8String[] and faster construction by skipping write barrier
- Optimize base U8String enumerator, I don't remember why it was an issue at the start of the project but right now the codegen quality is certainly better (even if not ideal)
- Expose CountRunes on U8Marshal and adapt its implementation for beyond-2GB sources
- Move out various primitives to a separate folder
