IGVF-1310 Add formatted schema displays (#380)

* Update npm packages.
* Integrate the initial version of the tab module as well as unfinished documentation.
* Add tabs for JSON and changelog on individual schema pages.
* Add a pane for formatted schemas and display the basic properties.
* Dependency and property panels now work at a basic level. They now exist in their own tabs within the Schemas tab.
* Finish formatting the properties panel.
* Add checkbox to filter out non-submittable properties.
* Add height animation to JSON panels.
* Add JSON colorization. Add the react-syntax-highlighter package to implement this.
* Move changelog to its own React component.
* Let the user open or close all property and dependency JSON panels by holding down the option key.
* Correct previous commit.
* Change “not submittable” badge to a new icon added to the icon.js file. Filter out properties with `readonly` set, in addition to `notSubmittable`.
* Add id to JsonPanel for aria properties. Some renaming of variables.
* Define tab border color Tailwind CSS classes.
* Define new Tailwind CSS classes for tab text.
* Add dark mode color definitions for tabs.
* Add disabled text style for dark-mode tab titles.
* Add Tailwind CSS classes for the JSON panel border. Give the `JsonPanel` component its own non-overridable styles.
* Define colors for the schema property and dependency titles and descriptions. Share the animated JSON panel between the dependency and property displays.
* Improve the responsiveness of the properties and dependencies.
* Add Cypress tests for the formatted schema pages.
* Temporarily point the UI demo at the igvfd dev demo.
