Add caching to utility functions

The utility functions `get_full_bios_for_plane`, `get_inputs_for_plane`, `get_planes_list`, and `get_plane_aliases` have the `lru_cache` decorator added. This cache mechanism saves the results of expensive function calls and reuses the results when called with the same arguments, therefore improving our code's performance by avoiding unnecessary recalculations.
