Added PorterRecords to tie all imports to ImportSpecification.
Added check to Provider to ensure it only fetches compatible ProviderDataTypes.
Added NoDataType.
Changed Import strategy to receive pre-import callback again instead of ProviderDataMapping.
Changed Connector to receive EncapsulatedOptions instead of an array.
Changed ImportSpecification to return cloned objects when finalized.
Changed PorterMapper to extend CollectionMapper instead of Mapper.
Renamed ProviderData back to ProviderDataType.
Removed ProviderDataMapping.
