Yarn: make the no available resolver error more user-friendly

When yarn sees a protocol that it isn't able to process, it will throw
an error such as:

"Internal Error: dep@protocol isn't supported by any available resolver"

From the perspective of a Cachi2 request, this will be raised as a
PackageManagerError, which could be confusing to the end user. This can
very likely be caused by Cachi2 itself, since it disables all plugins
before calling any yarn commands.

This patch wraps the PackageManagerError in a better explained
UnsupportedFeatureError.
