Fix flaky fragment tests (#5168)

* Update inputMode comment in fragment.cy.ts

Changed the comment in fragment.cy.ts to accurately reflect the provided value inputMode. The comment has been updated from 'String Any with Suggestion Value' to 'String Fixed value' to avoid any possible confusion in reading or interpreting the code. Fully understanding the purpose of each part of the code is crucial for maintaining and expanding the codebase.

* Add API validation and image comparison in cypress tests

Updated Cypress end-to-end tests in fragment.cy.ts to include API validation and visual comparison of settings sections after each change. This was done to ensure that the tested behavior is accurate, reliable, and corresponds visually to what a user would see in the application. These changes should make our tests more robust and catch any unexpected changes in the future.

* Update cypress end-to-end test with API validation

Updated the Cypress e2e test in fragment.cy.ts to include API validation. Instead of waiting for a fixed timespan, the test now waits for the "@validation" API call to ensure the data integrity and reliability. Additionally, introduced the visual comparison of settings via image matching to provide more context about the user's visible changes. These enhancements aim to improve the robustness and reliability of our testing mechanism.

* Prevent item addition when typing in list input

The mechanism for adding items into the user defined list has been updated to prevent addition of items while still typing. This prevents unnecessary validation errors as the user types, providing a smoother experience. In the end-to-end test, some changes were introduced to reflect this update.
