Implement contextual nested works.

Following features added:

* Provides a button to add a child work
* Displays breadcrumbs in certain contexts to easily return to parent
  work.
* Allow for works to be set as representatives or thumbnails, which
  delegates down to that work's representative recursively.
* Changes "Files" display to "Members"
