Fix autocomplete optimization to handle edge case with substrings

Originally, it was assumed that a full matching completion would always
start with the full completion query (e.g. the full match, "Getting
started with" starts with the completion query "Getting started w").
However, there are cases (typically where the user deviates from the
suggestion) where the autocompletion engine would return the full match
as only a substring of the completion query (e.g. "started with" instead
of "getting started with"). This was causing cache misses in the
substring optimization, which this commit fixes via an iterative slicing
approach.
