* [Game] WIP: new quest code:
- Events and the State pattern are used for components;
- Quests for the Nuia race:
-- Quest 330 'A Frienly Reminder' has been tested and is working;
-- Quest 250, "Fox Infestation." tested and working;
-- Quest 6198 "The Mayor's Advice" tested and working;
-- Quest 2531 "The Prophet Terrien" tested and working;
-- Quest 251, "Boars in the Canyon" tested and working;
-- Quest 2532 "A Mysterious Visitor" tested and working;
-- Quest 252, "Traditional Token" tested and not working properly. Automatically terminates;
-- Quest 324, Allen's Errand. tested and not working properly. Automatically terminates;
