* Add `$buildDir` to `CachePoolClearerCacheWarmer::warmUp()`

Symfony 7 adds a new parameter `$buildDir` to
`WarmableInterface::warmUp()`, so that the method signature of
`CachePoolClearerCacheWarmer::warmUp()` needs to be updated.
