Passes a rate of 6 to the exponentially distributed selection function (#173)

* Passes a rate of 6 to exp. distributed function.

* Fixes a grammar/spelling error in a comment.

* Fixes unit test for new exp. dist. rate of 6

Messing with the exponenentially distributed function rate also affects
the ordering of sites/machines in the unit test output. This commit
brings the expected unit test results in line with what the function now
returns.
