IGVF-947 Add more error logging (#370)

* Add error logging to _error.js `getInitialProps()`. Add error logging to the generic `<Error>` component. Update npm packages. The lab summary page has a deliberate Javascript error to test this in a demo.
* Temporarily point the UI demo at the igvfd dev demo.
* Add new error logging function. Change existing errorObjectToProps() function to a non-default export, and change all imports of that function.
* Remove deliberate testing Javascript error.
* Add Jest test for errors.js module.
* Revert temporary cdk change.
