Add a primer for understanding test modules

From https://github.com/PulpQE/pulp-smash/issues/276:

> The Pulp Smash documentation has "installation," "usage," "about" and
> "API documentation" sections. One thing that's sorely lacking is a
> primer explaining how to read the existing tests and how to write new
> ones.

Address this need by adding numerous comments to module
`pulp_smash.tests.platform.api_v2.test_login`, and by including this
module in the documentation.
