TEST: Removed conflicting test for get_server_and_volname

There is a problem with the object mocking when the $server
object gets passed internally to get_volinfo, as mocking requirements
are not the same for the two methods.

This test needs to be re-implemented mocking the get_volinfo call,
but I'm commiting now to leave a clean, test passing code state
