refactor(arch): Move flush() calls into models

These functions previously didn't set created_at:
- copy_application
- copy_documents
- create_application_action
- create_credit_product
- create_or_update_borrower_document
- save_message_type

This function previously didn't update the award's missing data:
- update_application_award

The following methods now call session.add() with the relation, instead of with application. This seems to have the same effect.
- update_application_award (with application.award)
- update_application_borrower (with application.borrower)
