Only list future candidacies for candidates with multiple entries

- When more than one candidacy exists for a person, only list the
future elections to avoid verb tense confusion. Past elections
will be featured in the table below
- When one candidacy exists for a person, show it with the correct tense
regardless if it's marked current.
