strings: read stdin by default

* SYNOPSIS indicates file is optional, but when file is omitted strings does nothing
* On my Linux system, strings is from GNU binutils 2.35.2
* On OpenBSD, strings is from a much older version of binutils
* binutils strings reads from stdin if no file arguments are given
* Standards document for strings mentions that it "shall read from the standard input"[1]
* The argument '-' does not refer to stdin in this case
