Coerce float expiration values to a valid integer

This increases parity with ActiveSupport MemoryStore by accepting float
values and rounding up rather than down. Previously a float such as
`0.1` would be rounded down to 0, which is an invalid expiration. Now
the value would be rounded up to 1, which is acceptable.

Closes #41
