Commit Message

Include the third party json source file using a path prefix

In order to avoid including a json.hpp file installed at system
level instead of the one bundled with the library include the file
prefixed with its relative path inside the library package.

- change include statement for json.hpp
- symlink the json.hpp file to the same path inside the third_party
directory which matches its path in the installed package
- add the third_party/jmespath directory to .gitignore
