Bum react native to 0.71.8 (#58)


### Mobile app changes

- Make changes in react native files within ios and android folders to bump react native to 0.71.8
- The update was done using react native upgrade helper as it is recommended here
- These are the changes implemented recommended by the helper https://react-native-community.github.io/upgrade-helper/?from=0.68.1&to=0.71.8
- The update was needed to fix some errors when working with Xcode 14.3.x

### Back end changes

- The createVehicle function was refactored to use more promise style than callback style
- The session validation and secured endpoints were disabled while the mobile app implements the functionality to work with sessions

### Front end changes

   - The listClient component was refactored removing the add client modal which was part of the listClient component
   - The add client modal was moved to a separate file and used the SharedModal
