Metadata support for reports (#222)

- Metadata from lomc! is added to DataFrame reports and propagated through Arrow files
- save_df, load_df, and ReportToFile propagate metadata between DataFrame and Arrow file
- Custom metadata can be added with keyword argument metadata in lomc!
- Some default metadata is saved automatically
