fix(Comic::Social::Email): build proper MIME structure to inline the comic

Turns out Email::Stuffer was too simplistic.

This code is more efficient as it sends all recipients per language in one
single email. Maybe this needs batching, depending on what email providers
allow.

In addition, this code is better structured (smaller functions).
