Revert "Explicitly throw an error to explicitly fail a test"

This reverts commit c4fcd2f79.

For reasons I can't explain, this is experiencing intermittent failures
on CI (see
<https://github.com/caleb531/workday-time-calculator/actions/runs/6836471808>).
Therefore, reverting in favor of a possibly better solution
(which will be explored in a subsequent commit).
