Fix jit.dump() output for IR_CONV.

(cherry-picked from commit 44bd7437a)

When dumping IRs via `jit.dump()`, the incorrect value of `IR_CONV` mode
shift (`IRCONV_CSH`) is used. This patch fixes the value.
