Merge pull request #288 from ronyfadel/rony/do-not-leak-task

Fix a leak of PTYTask when there's a coprocess and the coprocess's read or write file descriptor is not unique. I don't believe this should be reproducible (it would be a bug if two coprocesses had the same file descriptor!).
