ReloadConfiguration reloads npctemplates, leaving dangling references in the NPCs (#560)

* ReloadConfiguration reloads npctemplates leaving dangling references in
the NPCs.
NPCs now hold a shared_ptr of the template.
(the only attribute which would change due to reloading is the
alignment, so keeping the old shared_ptr is no feature loss..)
