Use builtin bitrotate instead of our own rol64

It's a minor thing, but why not save a line? The assembly generated
seems to be identical (when used in the Keccak function, there are minor
differences when compiled by themselves). However, LLVM recognises the
intent of bitrotate and emits the @llvm.fshl.i64 intrinsic, which just
seems nicer.
