Coveralls can't find any files with the filenames used by Coverlet, but Coverlet's VSTest collector doesn't let you change the filenames (e.g. Coveralls expects lcov.info but Coverlet can only create coverage.info). Use PowerShell to rename multiple coverage files in different directories such that Coveralls can actually find them.
