diff: treat - as stdin

* As with cmp, standard diff supports the file argument '-' as stdin
* F1 and F2 become $fh1 and $fh2 respectively
* The custom option parser needs to skip over '-'
* Now the following produce the same output on my system:

perl diff A B
cat A | perl diff - B
