Commit Message

Move golden paces into run type class and add Easy Run type

Summary: Each run type has a set of "golden paces" which are used to test the calculations
for the run type. Initially these were sitting in the spec itself. But this commit moves
them into their run type class, which allows us to simplify class instantiation.
