Use correct azimuth when calculating projected coordinates

Fix description of rotation/azimuth in docstrings.
Cluster is rotated to make it appear to detectors/stations
that shower comes from desired azimuth.
In the simulation frame the CORSIKA azimuth is unchanged.
CORSIKA simulation azimuth should be used for projections.
